Refund Policy


Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging.

If you return an item that’s not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we can give a partial refund at best.

Shipping your item back

If it wasn’t our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide you with a shipping label, the cost of which we will deduct from your refund.

The original shipping costs that you paid when you originally ordered the item are also non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to let you know to expect either a full or partial refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company or your bank; there’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
